Rye flour is dark medium granulation flour, which is milled from German rye grains and grits. It gives a dense and dark texture with rye flour. It is ideal to make rye sandwich bread and artisan breads.

METHOD
1080 Rye Flour can be used like any other flour for baking or cooking. It is ideally used in dosages of 5%-40% for most rye breads. Breads that contain 40%-70% rye flour are very coarse and require the process to be modified depending on the recipe.
